General Terms and Conditions

Booking Policy (note: this excludes a Package Stay )
Our policy is to take credit card details as a guarantee of your booking, your details will be held but not processed until the time of your stay with us. We will confirm your reservation on receipt of your credit card details (card number, expiry date and the name as printed on the card)

Cancellation Policy (note: this excludes a Package Stay)
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore the following applies:
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date: there is no fee.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival date: 25% forfeit of the total booking price
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price
Cancellations within 1 day or failure to arrive: 100% forfeit of the total booking price

Check-in, Check-out time
Check-in time is around 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10.30am on the day of departure.
For arrival or departure times outside these hours please enquire when booking. If there is a delay in your expected arrival time to McAuley Glen, please phone to advise us..

Breakfast, Dinner
A three course gourmet breakfast is included in the room tariff.
Although there are notable restaurants on the Peninsula, we offer an evening meal by prior arrangement only.
McAuley Glen also offers, a no breakfast option, as well as, a in-room breakfast basket option. For more information, availability and pricing regarding these options, please inquire.

Smoking
McAuley Glen has a no smoking policy inside the house or within close proximity to the rooms.

Package Stay - Booking Policy

Advance notice of no less than 14 days is appreciated for all package bookings.
To secure a booking we require a 50% deposit of the total package fee. This will be deducted from your credit card when the booking is confirmed. This deposit is non refundable. The remainder and any extra costs will be payable at check out time.
